If the product is not functioning properly, please refer to the following causes and solutions for common issues.
Issue 1: Milk Frother Does Not Work
Possible Causes
● Used old batteries with low power
● +/- were reversed when the batteries were inserted
● The top switch was not pressed
Solutions:
● Replace with new batteries to ensure optimal performance.
● Ensure the battery orientation matches the +/- markings.
● Press and hold the top switch until milk froth forms.
Issue 2: Milk Frother Stops Working After a Period of Use
Possible Causes
● Battery aging/leakage: Alkaline batteries lose power over time, or low-quality batteries leak and the contacts are disabled.
● Oxidized contacts: Moisture or milk residue causes poor contact in the battery compartment.
● Motor overheating protection: Continuous overuse triggers the safety shutdown.
Solutions:
● Replace with new alkaline batteries. Clean battery contacts with damp cotton swabs.
● Deep maintenance: If unresponsive, remove batteries, invert the device, and dry the interior with a cold-air hair dryer (30 cm distance, 3 minutes).
● Preventive measures: Limit use to 30 seconds per cycle, allow 1-minute cooling between uses, and avoid blocking ventilation holes.
Issue 3: Suboptimal Performance (Thin Foam or No Foam Production)
Possible Causes
● Liquid mismatch: Using skim milk/room-temperature milk/over 120ml liquid.
● Improper technique: Incorrect pressing rhythm or tilt angle.
● Power system degradation: Low battery voltage or motor wear.
Solutions:
● Use whole milk only. For plant-based milk, preheat to 50°C to improve foaming.
● Submerge the frother vertically 3 cm into the milk and use a rhythmic "2-second press + 1-second release" operation.
● Replace batteries immediately if rotation speed decreases significantly.
